CBSE is quite as to when the class 12 CBSE Result 2018 would be announced. They have not intimated the CBSE Result 2018 Date Class 12.

In 2016, CBSE Class 12th results were announced on 28 may. In 2017, CBSE 12th results were announced on 28 may, the same as previous year.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to announce Class 12 board results on May 26, as per some sources. The CBSE board will announce the CBSE class 12 result online at official website cbseresults.nic.in

CBSE Class 12th Passing Marks Criteria:
A student needs to obtain a grade higher than E (i.e. at least 33 per cent marks) in all the five subjects of external examination in the main or at the compartmental examinations in order to be declared as having passed the examination. 33 per cent marks in theory and 33 per cent marks in practical, along with 33 per cent marks in aggregate is required in order to be passed.

If the student gets a grade higher than 'E' in all subjects of internal assessment, then the student is eligible to get the pass certificate of the Board. If the student fails, the result of the external examination will be withheld but not for a period of more than one year.

A total of 10,88,891 students appeared in class 12 exams, out of which 6,28,865 were boys and 4,60,026 were girls.

Steps to Check CBSE Class 12th Results 2018:

  • Visit the official websites, cbse.nic.in or cbseresults.nic.in
  • Click on 'CBSE 10 Board Results 2018'
  • Enter your roll number or date of birth or school code in the given space and click submit
  • CBSE Result 2018 12th will be displayed on the screen
  • You can download and take print out of the same for future use.
