DUET 2020 Important Dates: The application process of the National Testing Agency (NTA) Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET)-2020 starts today i.e Monday, March 2, 2020. Candidates who wish to apply can do so via the official website- du.ac.in, nta.ac.in/DuetExam.
National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the University of Delhi’s (DU) DUET exam from June 2 to 9, 2020. The application process for the DUET will be closed on March 21. The DUET 2020 admit card will be released on April 30 and the result will be released on June 25. The entrance exam is held for admission in various courses at the undergraduate, Postgraduate and Ph.D level in the DU.
Steps to apply for Delhi University DUET 2020 Exam:
- Visit the official website- nta.ac.in/DuetExam
- Click on the ‘download application form’ link
- Enter required details- birth certificate, marks of the last exam
- Then upload your passport size photo and other required details
- Click submit
- You can download and take a print out.
The exams will be held in multiple shifts. The DUET morning shift exam will be held from 8 am to 10 am followed by afternoon shift from noon to 2 pm and evening shift from 4 pm to 6 pm.
Candidates can opt for the exam centre of their choice. Last year there were 18 centres – Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi (NCR), Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Ranchi, Trivandrum, and Varanasi.
DUET 2020 Exam Pattern
The DUET 2020 exam pattern will have different pattern for different types of courses. Check these points related to DUET 2020 exam pattern:
DUET 2020 will be held in Computer Based mode containing Multiple Choice Questions.
The total duration of the exam will be of 2 hours.
DUET 2020 exam will have 100 questions of total 400 marks.
For each correct answer, 4 marks will be given and 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer as negative marking.

DUET 2020 Admit Card
DUET 2020 Admit Card will be released by NTA on April 30, 2020. Candidates can download their admit card from the official website i.e. du.ac.in and nta.ac.in. You must note that the DUET admit card will not be sent by post and would be available to be downloaded online only.
Steps to Download DUET 2020 Admit Card:
- Visit the official website i.e. du.ac.in or the direct link https://nta.ac.in/DuetExam
- Click on the link stating - “DUET 2020 - Admit Card Link’.
- Enter your Application Form Number and Date of Birth.
- Click on - Login.
- DUET Admit Card will be displayed on the screen.
- You can download and take a printout for future use.
A Candidate must check DUET Admit card. It will have Candidate’s Name, Application Number, Roll Number, Category, Exam Date and Time, Course Name, Photograph, Exam Centers Details as well as instructions for the Candidates. If any of the details you find is incorrect, you must contact the DU Helpline Number immediately.
DUET 2020 Answer Keys
The DUET 2020 answer keys will be released on June 25, 2020 along with the DUET result on the official website.
DUET 2020 Mock Test
NTA will soon release a link to mock tests for the candidates appearing in DUET 2020. A candidate can access the DUET Mock Tests on the official website of NTA DUET by entering their roll number, password, and pin.
DUET 2020 Result
The NTA will release the DUET 2020 result on June 25 at the official website of Delhi University and on the official NTA website. Candidates can check their DUET 2020 result by logging at the official website of DU or NTA.
Steps to check DUET 2020 Result
- Visit the official website – nta.ac.in/DuetExam or du.ac.in.
- Click on the link stating – “Candidate Login for Viewing Individual Result”.
- Enter the Application Form Number and Date of Birth.
- Click on Login.
- DUET result 2020 will be displayed on the screen.
- Candidates can download the result for future use
A DUET 2020 merit list will also be prepared for the candidates.
DUET 2020 Counselling
DUET Counselling will be held in online mode from July 1, 2020. DUET 2020 qualified candidates will be shortlisted for counselling depending upon their scores.
