Earlier the intermediate first year and second-year result 2019 was expected to be announced on Friday, April 12. Also there was a new circulating in the social media that Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) will announce the result on 10th April. But this was a fake news being circulated on social media. It was said that TS intermediate results 2019 would be released post-election in the state.

The Telangana board officials said, we are about to complete result, the board is likely to released the intermediate first and second-year examination results by Friday, April 12, 2019.

Over 9 lakh students appeared this year in the examination that was completed on March 18, 2019. Around 4.7 lakh students registered for general and around 29,000 registered in vocational exams for the second year or class 12 exams.

Steps to check Telangana intermediate 1st, 2nd year result via T-App Folio: 
Candidates can check their results at the official websites,, Students can also check their results from the Telangana state government app- ‘T App Folio’.

Students need to register their roll number on the result link which will be activated in the app- T App Folio. Result alert will be received on the student's mobile within five minutes from the announcement of results.

Telangana intermediate result 2019: Passing marks
Students need to score a minimum of 35 per cent in each subject and 28 marks out of 80 in theory in order to be considered passed. The marks scored out of 80 will then be added to the 20 marks of formative assessment. The result will be released in grade points or CGPA. The CGPA will be distributed from 3 to 10. Those who secured 0 to 34 marks will get 3-grade points (GP) and likewise, for the highest GP candidates need to score between 91-100.
