JEE Advanced 2019 Exam Date Change
The schedule of the Joint Engineering Examination (JEE) Advanced 2019 has been postponed because of the Lok Sabha General Elections. As per a press statement by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee will now hold the JEE Advanced on May 27, 2019 (Monday) instead of the earlier date of May 19. Thus, JEE Advanced Exam Date 2019 is May 27.
As there is a clash of dates for JEE (Advanced) 2019 and the last phase of Lok Sabha General Elections, the examination date of JEE (Advanced) 2019 has been shifted to May 27, 2019 (Monday). In India and abroad, the exam would be conducted on May 27, 2019 (Monday), in the following two shifts: Paper 1 (09:00 to 12:00 IST) and Paper 2 (14:00 to 17:00 IST).”
Earlier, the JEE Mains exams conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) was also rescheduled.
Candidates who pass the JEE Main are eligible for appearing in JEE Advanced. The JEE Advanced registration process is to begin on the official website, jeeadv.ac.in. More information would be updated soon.
