GUJCET 2019 New Exam Date
GUJCET 2019: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has revised the Gujarat Common Entrance Test 2019 (GUJCET) 2019 exam date. Earlier the exam was scheduled to be held on April 23 but as the date is coinciding with Lok Sabha General Elections 2019. Now, the exam is rescheduled on April 26 (Friday).
The earlier Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) changed the date as it clashed with CBSE exams. GUJCET exam date 2019 was then changed from March 30, to April 4. The April 4 was then shifted to April 23.
GUJCET exam is held every year on for admissions into engineering and degree/diploma pharmacy courses in government, government-aided and self-finance institutes of the state. The examination will be held in Gujarati, Hindi and English medium. Out of a total of 1,36,498 registered candidates in 2018, 134,979 appeared in the examination.
