CBSE Registration 2018-19 Class 10, 12


The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 10th and 12th registration process for 2019 exams begin this week for the academic session 2019-20. CBSE registration process for Class 12th and 10th started from October 17 last year. All affiliated schools must register themselves before the CBSE online registration. Students can do online registration for 2019 exams on the official website, cbse.nic.in.

The registration process for Class 9, 11 students, has already been started by CBSE board which will be closed on October 22. The schools have been advised to offer subjects permitted by the board, else CBSE may take action against the school which lead to cancellation of candidature of such students.

If you are thinking that Aadhaar is required for CBSE Registration 2018-19, it has been said by the board that ‘Aadhaar number’ is not needed for CBSE Registration 2018-19 Class 12 as well as CBSE Registration 2018-19 Class 10. The Aadhaar number field is provided, but the students who don't have Aadhaar can enter their passport number, ration card number, bank account number or any other government valid identity.

Passport number can be given in case of foreign nationals. If passport number is not available, Social Security Number/ID Number issued by that Foreign Country may be given.

CBSE Class 9, 11 registration: Application fee
Students have to pay an application fee of Rs 150, however, the students with disabilities get exemption. The last date to submit online application fee is October 22. Candidates can submit application fee till October 30 with a late fee of Rs 500, Rs 1000, Rs 2000 and Rs 5000 for registration from October 31 to November 12, November 13 to November 20 and November 21 to November 28, respectively.
