UPSEE 2016 Application Form, UPSEE 2016 Exam Date
Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) 2016 exam date has been released. UPSEE is a state level engineering examination to be conducted by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University for admissions to B.Tech programmes of government / government aided institutions, private unaided institutions affiliated to the university and other private universities in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
UPSEE 2016 exam will be held on April 17 and the last date for filling up the UPSEE 2016 application forms is March 27. The UPSEE exam is held every year in the state of UP. This time also, UPSEE 2016 will be held in many areas of Uttar Pradesh and also in some other states.
Eligibility criteria
Educational qualification:
Candidates who wish to apply for UPSEE 2016 exam must have passed intermediate examination of UP board or Class 12 level examination or its equivalent from any recognised board/university with a minimum 45 per cent marks (40 per cent marks for SC/ST category candidates) without grace in each compulsory subject and one optional subject taken together.
Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from outside U.P., he/she has to produce a domicile certificate of his/her parents (father or mother only) at the time of verification of the document.
UPSEE 2016 Paper pattern
UPSEE 2016 paper will have a total 150 questions, including 50 from each subject-- Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. No negative marking is applied in the UPSEE examination and every correct answer will fetch the candidate 4 marks.
